MERRY CHRISTMAS 2013!!! Do our kids know Santa more than Jesus?

MERRY CHRISTMAS 2013!!!

#Merry Christmas everyone!

Santa Claus is a kind man. He loves to distribute toys. He has been doing it for years because he loves to make little boys and girls happy and cheer them up.

Our parents love to give us presents especially toys that we would love to play with.

Christmas songs are great to hear. It makes us want to sing and dance and spread joy and love to everyone.

Renuions at this time of the year is emotional and every parent loves their children to come home and have a delicious Christmas dinner as a family. Everyone loves to be together with their families.

Christmas cakes, trees, decorations, cards, parties, gifts and everything else in red and green is fabulous and cheerful.

Amidst all these, let us not forget the real deal about Christmas...

His name is Jesus Christ!

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life!"
John 3:16.

Do our kids know Santa more than Jesus? Do they know that God gifted the world with Jesus and made all believers partakers in the Kingdom of Heaven?

If not, then we must not lose direction of our Christmas duty bestowed upon us. While we share our presents, cards and cakes, we surely must share the season's true love, joy and hope which is Jesus Christ!

Merry Christmas everyone!

Malayalam Christian Song- Nalladhe Werigeyullu- Tamil Telegu Devotional song

Nalladhe Werigeyullu

A great encouraging song! It simply implies that "Everything that happens in your life happens for the good especially for those who love God!"

Those believers who have stepped out for Jesus know very well the path they walk is not all marble and gold. Yes, God does provide the best for His children, but it doesn't mean that we will never have trials and temptations. There will be circumstances in our lives when we have to step upon rocky and thorny grounds, where hail and arrows will fall at us. But during all those times we must not break down, but remember that those are moments for us where God is testing us, renewing us and reviving us with fresh revelations by the Power of the Holy Spirit! No matter what our situation we must believe and pray and hope for God's Right Hand to move in and around us and in the lives of those near and dear to us! After the period of troubles, you will look back and realise that you are no longer the weak person you were when you entered that moment of suffering, for you believed and God brought you out of it making you stronger, wiser and bolder to continue on your path to fulfill the purpose that God has called you for! You are now a Vicorious Person walking with Christ Jesus! Praise God!

I am not the singer nor composer and don't know their names either, but I just love this song! If anyone can pass me the information it would be great! This is a Malayalam song with Tamil and Telegu chorus towards the end. This song is based on the Bible verse:

" All things come together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose...!"

Romans 8:28
(New King James Version)

Here is the Music Video I made for this wonderful song with few Photos and Videos I captured

Praise God for Another New Year! Happy 2011 Everybody! Goodbye 2010 Welcome 2011!

Goodbye 2010 Welcome 2011!
Goodbye 2010 Welcome 2011! Well, one more year has gone by. We thank God for all His Love, Mercies and Blessings. A Victorious Life in Jesus' Name! It's been a blessing for us the last one year. A major blessing was the birth of our firstborn son Danny. A new life for us too. A new life with new responsibilities.
Mumbai Reunion :)
Last year I also travelled to Mumbai for my eldest brother's wedding with his sweetheart. My Mom, Elder Bro n his family were all present. So I had a chance to spend time with most of my family members and with my Cousins and Relatives from Mumbai. It was more like a Mumbai Reunion.
Pampered, he was, and to the maximum! Very Very Cold!
In November we visited our folks in Kerala and Bangalore. It was the first time Danny's Grandparents saw him. And how glad they were! Pampered, he was, and to the maximum! We returned to Ireland by December 2010 and we just missed the huge snow by a week! We may have missed the snow but we really don't miss the frost and cold. Very Very Cold! Will be glad to see the subshine later on this year.
All the Best
We pray that this new year too will be a blessed one not just for us but each n everyone of u. We pray in Jesus' name that God's love, protection and salvation comes to each and every homes in this world. Amen. God bless u all. Happy New Year... Happy 2011!.... :)
"May the Lord make you increase, both you and your children.
May you be blessed by the Lord, the Maker of Heaven and Earth."

"But thank you Danny, I now have my full time job...!!!" Dad's Life in the Fast Lane!!!

Praise God!!!

3 weeks have passed since Daniel was born. As proud new parents we are excitedly behind every move and sound that the little one is making. And as a proud Dad I am constantly in the kitchen cooking food ensuring that my Wife gets her daily meals on time while she is resting with our Baby.

Deciding what to cook for breakfast, lunch and dinner is easy. Cooking it is'nt so easy. Atleast it was easier when I was a Bachelor as I just had to cook once a day and that too only if I was desperately hungry. Now, chopping, grinding and boiling is done almost 3 times a day. After cooking I have to wash the dishes. Then it's time to bathe little Danny, all the more important that I don't forget to switch on the water heater hours earlier.

Later I have to do the laundry- Parents clothes separate, Baby clothes separate in baby washing powder, dark clothes separate, white clothes separate and colour clothes separate. That's why laundry also takes days to complete. Once washed, they are out out in the sun to dry. By evening I take them all back inside.

In between all this I make sure that I clean up all the mess and tidy everything in the house. Not to forget vaccuming and running up and down the stairs each nappy change time in order to get a new nappy and throw away the dirty one. As I cook, raw materials get over. So it's time now to buy groceries. Timely service of providing health drinks or boiled cumin water for my wife to drink.

While my wife requires a break, I am the sole substitute for holding our baby, helping him burp which normally takes plenty of hours and also being the perfect clown so that his loud cries will stop- a role which I am proud to play. If I am destined, then I can get a chance to check my Emails, Orkut, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube accounts. If I am privileged then I get extra few minutes to take photos, upload them, blog, browse, make phone calls, and sit down with my legs on the stool.

After a long day's hectic schedule, I try to get some sleep in the night. Why try?- Because our baby who was born in the afternoon loves to sleep all day and mostly cry in the night. So once again we take turns in holding our baby and I once more step into my Clown Shoes. Wow! No wonder I dream of sleep, sleep and more sleep during the entire day wondering if I can get a sound sleep atleast for one night.

But thank you Danny, I now have my full time job. I may be tired, but this is something I am proud of- my full time job....! Dad's Life in the Fast Lane!!!

Again this makes me think- how much our parents have sacrificed their time, energy and money in bringing us upto this level! I may still have my arguments with my Mom, but each time I think of this, it makes me even more proud of what our parents have done for us. Thank God for blessing us with family whom we still don't know how much precious they are worth in our lives!

"Praise God, It's a Baby Boy!!!"

"Praise God, It's a Baby Boy!!!"

"May the LORD make you increase, both you and your children." Psalm 115:14

Everything went well by God's grace! We welcomed Daniel into this world last month. It really is an experience which we are getting proud of. Some say it's the first time parent excitement. But whatever it is, we are loving this first time parent excitement! Since our family and relatives are back home, it is upto us to do all the house work and look after our Baby at the same time. It may be tiring but it is also fun and we are both learning new things each day. Holding a baby was'nt so easy for me the first time but I quickly got the hang of it. I thought I was on top over my wife in that case, but she showed she was boss when it came to nappy change. Oh man, really! I tried to do it myself but it was'nt so successful. So now I am an assistant for my Wife during nappy change. Bathing the baby is of course my area. She can't beat me in that field...haha....Anyway, it is a challenge now for both of us. We are praying that we become good parents. And it won't be long before our little Baby is all grown up. So we might as well enjoy our time in bringing him up. Thank God! :)

Anyway, I made a music video for this song. Only the photos are my original work. If anyone knows the name of the singer and songwriter, then please do pass it on to me. Thanks!

First Wedding Anniversary on Valentine's Day 14th Feb- "God not only heals your wounds but also your relationships!

1st Wedding Anniversary

“He who finds a true wife finds what is good, a treasure, and receives favor from the LORD”
(Proverbs 18:22)

Heh...Praise God! It’s been a year since we got married and time certainly did fly very very fast. By God’s grace our life has been a blessed journey. Yup, it took time for us to adjust in many areas. And we know we still need more time to adjust in many more areas of our lives. We are still happy and at peace even though we know we may not be an ideal couple. And as long as we are trying to adjust with each other, take time to listen to each other, admit our faults, help each other, forgive each other, support, understand and love each other even more, and most importantly pray together, we realise we are the happiest couple! We also pray for wisdom and guidance and counsel of Holy Spirit, not just for living our daily lives, but also to be living stones and faithful stewards for the Lord’s service. God has once again favoured us because we are going to be proud parents of a blessed child very soon. Of course we love to have many more blessed children but the point is that God, Who is our Creator and Heavenly Father, is the Source for everyone’s blessings in this world. And the greatest gift He has ever given for anyone is salvation through His Son Jesus Christ by the blood that He shed for us on the Cross! Jesus Christ is risen and seated at the right hand of our Heavenly Father and advocates for us.

Husband and Wife... Prayer on Wedding Anniversary... :) Remember, God can heal, not only your wounds, but also your relationships!

“Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.”
(James 1:17)

14th February is celebrated as Valentine’s Day. Today we are not celebrating V Day but we pray and thank God that He has kept us safe, sound and healthy as Husband and Wife for the past one year. We are grateful that we are able to love each other, no matter what circumstance we are in, because the love which He has put in us in the name of Jesus, is increasingly manifesting in our lives every day. And so we celebrate our bond of love every day. And may He continue in showering His mercies and blessings upon our lives and teach us the way we should walk in Godly love, humility and cheerfulness. We also pray for everyone who are celebrating their Wedding Anniversaries that God blesses you and showers you with His love and mercy. May God bless you with love, peace, wisdom, healing, family, children, breakthroughs in your financial struggles, your areas of sin, ministries, in your area of studies, jobs and relationships. May your lives and minds be renewed by His love. We ask all this in Jesus’ name, amen. Remember, God can heal, not only your wounds, but also your relationships! So believe and pray this over your life and God will work wonders in your lives! God bless you :)

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2010!... When our family visited us...FAMILY TIME!

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2010!... When our family visited us...FAMILY TIME!

Safe journey from Trivandrum to Abu Dhabi, Dublin by Etihad Airways
By God’s grace my mom n eldest brother reached Ireland safely and on time. They had a safe and comfortable journey in Etihad Airways, from Trivandrum to Abu Dhabi and from Abu Dhabi to Dublin. The last week of December was the start of severe snowfall and that was one concern we had regarding the journey, but everything was sound and calm. Well, it was great to have them over here. My second bro and family could’t make it because of leave restrictions. Our friends in Bray, GDM, drove us from the Airport to their house where we had relaxed and ate some good food which they prepared for us. And they then dropped us at Blessington where our car was parked so we could return back to Baltinglass.
New Year with Mom n Eldest Bro...
So we stepped into the New Year 2010. Praise God! We took snaps standing next to the Christmas Tree and for lunch we had Chicken Biriyani, the popular and special Indian Rice and Chicken dish prepared with spices. We could not go out much because of the heavy snowfall and frost. Also, it would get real dark and even colder by 5pm. I and my bro visited Carlow once and apart from that all we could do was just drive around the town. Yes, the timing was bad but atleast they were happy to be here as we could spend some time together and they also got an opportunity to see how beautiful Ireland looks like even though it was winter time. While my mom will be with us for 2 months, my bro only had a few days leave and is back in Dubai now. Don’t think his employer will give him leave for another 6 months now. Anyway, it was a nice time and we are looking forward to meet up with everyone together once again. A Happy New Year 2010!

“I thank God for Another Blessed Year!!!” :)

“I thank God for another beautiful year!!!” :)

I Praise God for another new year!!! :)

Happy New Year! I thank God for another beautiful year that has passed by and for an even more beautiful year 2010! Yes, I have gone through my sad and bad moments but that doesn’t mean 2009 was all that bad. I also had my moments of joy and victories. But whether it was good or bad, I still thank God for all His Mercies and Blessings that He has showered upon everyone in this world. Jesus Christ as Personal Saviour & Living Redeemer, and Holy Spirit as Wonderful Counsellor are always the strongest of all Companions! I Praise God for another new year!!! :)

My Heavenly Father, My Pillar of Support and Comfort!!! :)

"But I thank God again for helping me to smile even when I didn’t win in anything and smile more gladly even whenever I lost something!!!"

From all the incidents that I went through which were not favourable for me, I once again understood that God has taught me some very very valuable lessons from them all. I lost in many areas, I cried when I was in pain, I didn’t have any earthly or heavenly help at certain times, I depended on people who I thought were appointed for guiding and advising but they never attempted to lend a helping hand or ear, and of course I smiled whenever I won. But I thank God again for helping me to smile even when I didn’t win in anything and smile more gladly even whenever I lost something. I thank God so much for giving me strength to endure during my painful moments and I love Him for being my Pillar of Support and Comfort while in my tears! And I will always cherish my Heavenly Father’s Blessings at all times!

Jesus speaks to you by the Power of the Holy Spirit!!!

"And you’ll surely know when He speaks to you, especially when He uses that small whisper inside you, the voice which you know is warm, still, quiet, peaceful and stands out on it’s own above all those doubtful thoughts inside you!"

When Jesus speaks to you, it is by the Power of the Holy Spirit that His Word is manifested in your life! And you’ll surely know when He speaks to you, especially when He uses that small whisper inside you, the voice which you know is warm, still, quiet, peaceful and stands out on it’s own above all those doubtful thoughts inside you! I still remember the Word that touched me way back in 2001. I always thank God for blessing me with His Anointed Servant. But it is Jesus, the Word Who is more important than Pastor or any Preacher of the Gospel- The Good News! The Pastor must have preached, but it was the Holy Spirit conveying to me what my Heavenly Father wanted to say to me. Pastor is only a Servant of God whom God anoints and uses to declare His Word to the people of the world either by word or by signs and wonders. It is not Pastor who saves or changes someone. It is the Love of Jesus Christ by His sacrificial blood on the Cross that has opened the way for Salvation to enter in our lives! However, we should also be humble and obedient to God by respecting, loving, helping and praying for all the Servants of God especially those whom God directly uses to touch us in our daily lives!

The Word that I still remember because God spoke to me to my heart!!

“ It is not your circumstances that determine your relationship with God, but it is your heart that determines your relationship with God!!!”
One part of the powerful Word that I still remember is this:

“...you ask your dad to buy you a bike and he says ‘No!’.... will you hate your dad because he refused to buy you a bike? Will you love your father only if he buys you a bike? Whether he buys you a bike or not, he is still your dad and you should always love your dad.....It is the same with your Heavenly Father....will you love God only if he gives you what you pray for? Whether He answers your prayers or not, you should always love God.....Just bcos you asked for something and He doesn’t give it to you, it doesn’t mean He doesn’t love you...it’s bcos He’s got something better for you....Will you love your Husband only if he gifts you a diamond ring everyday???.....Even if you feel you haven’t received any blessings you should still love God, because He is your God and your love for Him should not be based on blessings, it should come directly from your heart!.... It is not your circumstances that determine your relationship with God, but it is your heart that determines your relationship with God!!!...

“HAVE A BLESSED NEW YEAR!!!” :)

"You can also pray quietly in your heart whether you’re alone in your room, or in your office, while among your friends, while having your food and in fact you can pray at all times whether or not you have your eyes closed and hands joined!"

I pray that God blesses you and your family. May He bless your health, career, ministry, and every other area of your lives! Remember to pray before you do anything. To pray doesn’t mean you can only pray if you are in a loud prayer meeting, or alone in a room where you cry out loud, or seated in a church, or kneeling before an image or crying before a lighted candle. You can also pray quietly in your heart whether you’re alone in your room, or in your office, while among your friends, while having your food and in fact you can pray at all times whether or not you have your eyes closed and hands joined. God will hear your prayer in any circumstance as long as it’s from your heart! So be happy, be cheerful in all situations, ask God to bless your plans and to guide you in all your ways. Keep your heart opened for the Lord and He will save you and bless you. It’s His Word! You can trust Him because He alone is Trustworthy...Have a Blessed New Year!! God bless you all!

Here is God’s promise for Your Life this New Year:

"Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct your paths."

(Proverbs 3:5-6; Bible, New King James Version)

My first experience with SNOW- First day of snow in Baltinglass (Bealach Conglais) December 2009

Mr. Winter, the Uninvited Guest and his right-hand man Mr. Snow!

Our Uninvited Guest, Mr. Winter Frost, has now brought with him his trustworthy friend, Mr. Snow! Heh, I spoke earlier in the month of October, of how Autumn had come and made me see how special an Autumn Leaf is with it's red, yellow and brown colours. And I also mentioned that December would bring along our Uninvited Friend, Mr. Winter.

"It's Snow!"

Well, today morning I woke up late as usual (as I'm still unemployed despite my constant search for a job in a company which will also issue a Work Permit!), thanked God for His Grace and Mercy for another new morning of my life, went to the window and opened the curtain...and what do I see?.... It's all white everywhere......for a moment I froze......I couldn't even think of anything because I just didn't even know what to think! I'm standing in my room staring at the window of my house in Baltinglass and I yelled out to my wife...she came wondering what was wrong and that was when she too saw it and said, "It's snow!"

First Snow in Baltinglass, Ireland

So this is my first experience of Snow in my life!!...Amazing!!....It definitely is a new experience for me. We live in New Houses, Parkmore and from the window in the front of our house, we can see the
Community Park, Baltinglass and the mountain view beyond it. Everything was covered in snow. All the houses, the roads, rooftops, trees, cars had snow on top of it. From our Kitchen window, we can see the National School (Scoil Naomh Iosaf) and the mountains beyond it. It was a beautiful sight! All covered with snow. Everything is white as though a large white blanket is spread across Baltinglass!

Jesus is the Essence of the Christmas Season!

Though a Snowman dances in the snow and Santa delivers toys on Christmas (25th December), hope that the Message of Jesus is also spread because, ultimately, Jesus is the Essence of Christmas as those who traditionally celebrate Christmas, do it because Christmas Day is the Birth of Jesus! That is why everyone celebrates the Season of Christmas as the Season of Love, Happiness and Giving! Believers celebrate Jesus every day of their lives because they are happy that God loves everyone which is why He gave Jesus to all the people of the world!

John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life."

White Christmas! Houses in Parkmore, Baltinglass are beautifully decorated with all kinds of Xmas Decorations!

Maybe today being the
first day of Snow in Baltinglass, no one would have been prepared to build any Snowman as yet. While some of the houses in our area are beautifully decorated with all kinds of Christmas lights, Stars, Christmas Trees, Santas and Bridge Candles, there is one particular house that stands apart. Their front porch and roof is completely covered with multi coloured Christmas lights blinking continuously and they also have a Santa seated on his sledge of Reindeers. And yes, they do have a Smiling Snowman as well. It won't be too long before you get to see all the little cute and loving children of New Houses, Parkmore come out and build their snowmen. It's really going to be a great sight to enjoy from now on! White Christmas!!!

First Day of Snow promises even more...

Well, after some time, the sun came out and by evening the snow disappeared. Of course now we have to be careful when we step outside as there will be
Black Ice everywhere. The weather forecast in RTE News forecasted that snow would start falling by Saturday night, but it came earlier. It will be snowing even more in the days to come and we are planning to go out soon and take snaps of the wonderful snow.

I'm new at Twitter! Twitter is fun, quick & informative with lots of friends who twitters! But what exactly is Twitter all about?

I'm new at Twitter! Twitter is fun, quick & informative with lots of friends who twitters! But what exactly is Twitter all about ?

The reason I joined Orkut, Facebook, Twitter, Hi-5 and LinkedIn!

The 'About Us' section in 'Twitter' says that "Twitter has grown into a real-time short messaging service that works over multiple networks and devices." I have accounts in some social networking sites like 'Orkut', 'Facebook' and 'HI-5'. I also have an account in the professional networking site 'LinkedIn'. And I like all these sites which I have joined. It not only helps me by being my online safety deposit locker where I can treasure all my friends, but it also helps me to come in contact with all those who once disappeared at some stage or the other in my life, see everyone whenever my heart feels like seeing them even though they are oceans away, and makes sure that everyone who once come in my Friend's List do not disappear again no matter which part of the world they migrate to, whether or not they forget or remember to call you up and pass you the information! Even an absence of regular scraps or messages in this fast-running busily scheduled life of ours really does not matter as long as you know they are in that online safety depost locker of yours!!!

My Introduction to Twitter! It definitely is worth everything for the difference it is!!!

The first social networking site I joined was Hi-5 which one of my childhood friend from Bahrain had introduced me to. One of my collegues in the web stock photography company that I worked for had introduced me to Orkut. The reason I joined Facebook is because most of my friends in Dubai suddenly said that Orkut is banned there and so they joined Facebook. But all these sites are really fun and most importantly these have helped me to get back in touch with almost all my old and long lost friends especially my childhood friends who studied with me in 'Indian School, Bahrain' (at Isa Town, Bahrain). I thank God for blessing people with skills to use technology for these kind of purposes. Now, my friend Sanjoy, who is a film critic and automobile journalist, urged me to join Twitter, which I did thinking that here is another networking site like the ones I joined earlier and this too will build my online relationship with my friends. But this is where I realised that Twitter is not just another social networking site. It definitely is worth everything for the difference it is!!!

Can you SMS with 140 word limit?...Tweet me!

Okay, maybe it does not let me have all the
snaps and videos in front of me at one time. But this is where it differs! I know I can easily see all my friends' snaps and videos in Orkut and Facebook, and so I don't need Twitter for that purpose. But the fact that you get to tweet within only 140 words is a different quality altogether. Not only does this help in sending quick SMS-like messages, but with tiny url's working at your favour, you still have everything at your fingertips by just clicking on the links that are sent to you. Yes, safety is a matter to be considered, but then like I said, I am new at Twitter and so I still have a lot to learn about it.

Simple and Stress-Free......Twitter the Philosopher!

But for the moment, I am enjoying what I'm able to do in Twitter-
twittering!! These tweets may be too short to be messaged out, but when you read them, they still make you laugh, they show how your friend has suddenly become a philosopher because he challenged himself to bring out his best out of the limited 140 character space and sometimes you actually find yourself reading the daily news headlines and other important topics which you otherwise used to ignore.

Happy Tweeting, Twitters!!! :)

"By the way, I just realised that this is my 50th post in Blogspot! Heh, Praise God!! I'm very happy... :) "

We almost missed a last minute planned trip to Galway!!

We almost missed a last minute planned trip to Galway!!

Last minute call

Our crafty' friend in Baltinglass went to visit a common 'tall and soft spoken' friend who lives in Galway. He calls up the second night and tells us to reach there next morning as they have planned a few days visit to some locations in and out of Galway.

Baltinglass to Galway bus journey

Now, Galway is around four to five hours journey by bus from
Baltinglass. Sheesh, a few days visit and we have no time to think, complete the house chores, select our dress, take cash from the ATM, finish the food we still have in our fridge and those which would expire in those few days time!!!

Now the plan was to
book online tickets for the 12pm City Links bus from Dublin. And to reach Dublin, we have to get into the 10am Bus Eireann from Baltinglass so that we could reach Dublin by 11:45am.

Online booking service- We missed the bus!!

And guess what?- We started off the day by mising the 10 am bus!
Why the delay?- Because the online booking took more time than we expected, which we did in the morning just before leaving the house as we were so much into packing the previous night that we forgot all about our online task!

Anyway, we went to
Castledermot instead (as the next bus from Balto- short name for Baltingalss, was only at 12pm), and got into the 11:15 am J.J. Kavanagh bus which would reach Dublin Eden Quay (EQ is one of the the bus stations near the Dublin Bridge) at 12:45pm. Before boarding the bus at Castledermot we bought a sandwich for my wife (Bacon, lettuce and tomato) from the cafe called 'Mad Hatter Cafe' located centrally at Castledermot Town near the traffic light- opposite Londis Supermarket and in front of the bus stop. A really convenient location because we can have a quick snack or coffee and then just cross the road to the bus stop without having to rush at all- God bless them!!

Divine Reminders in life!!

But- as I was about to order the 2nd sandwich, for me, with only 5 minutes before the bus arrived, you know those last minute kind of intuitions or revelations that strike you at certain crucial stages in your life, well...that something struck me and I asked the lady at the counter if they accept
card payment (we didn't have time to take cash from the ATM). This lady was really nice and all smiles :)

"Sorry, we accept only cash and no card payment!"

O boy! Here we go again...
we ransacked whatever pockets we had including the luggage pockets and were glad to find extra change just more than our bus fare and only enough to pay for one sandwich!......I was thinking as to what would have happened had the lady prepared two sandwiches and I give her the Laser Card...Thank God for timely reminders!! :) The kind lady suggested going to the ATM which was few minutes walk from the town, but that was too far away for that moment. She even said that we can ask for a cash back from the Supermarket outside the cafe, but again, there was no time for it.

Good Customer Service... :)

So we bought the sandwich and said bye to the lady who kept on apologising because they dont accept card payments.
What an Angel! There really was no need to apologise and so we kept on thanking her for all her kind help and quickly went to the bus stop. Oh, and just as we were about to leave the cafe, I noticed a small card on the cash counter with some small words printed on it. I looked more closely just to make sure. It read...

'We do not accept cards. Sorry for the inconvenience!!!'

Hmmmmm......

Travel and Food- Tamil Style!!...Yummmmy.....mmmmm!!!

Anyway, we reached Galway
safely and happily by God's grace. We stayed there for a few days. The stay was real fun!! We visited a couple of places in and out of Galway. There is a famous song called 'The Galway Girl' by Steve Earle and Sharon Shannon with a cover version by Mundy and Shannon. Though about a Galway girl, the song expresses Irish lifestyle and Irish music. Not only was this tour memorable but I also have some mouth watering memories- These two Tamilians (...the Balto dude from Coimbatore and the Galway guy from Vellore... ) are excellent Tamil Nadu cooks I have to tell you! Really, they made some exquisite dishes just for us! Delicious!! Chicken Biriyani, Vada, chutney, Tamil Nadu dishes like Lemon Rice and Thairu Saadam (Curd Rice), Egg Salad, Chicken Masala curry, Barbecue Chicken, Payar thoren (Green Gram stir fry), Gulab Jamun....mmmm....But I shall tell you more about their menu later on in the blog though. Gotta get on with Galway first...

Online English Sermon No.1- ‘God has not forsaken us!’:

Cornerstone Church, Joshua Generation Ministries- Free Online English Sermon for sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ!

1. ‘God has not forsaken us!’:

If you think that you are now in a hopeless situation because God has deserted you, then have faith and start praying once again. Because it is God's promise that it is He Who has created you; He has written your name on His palms and He is never ever going to forsake you at any time!

But Zion said, “The LORD has forsaken me, And my Lord has forgotten me. Can a woman forget her nursing child, and not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, yet I will not forget you. See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; Your walls are continually before Me. Your sons shall make haste; your destroyers and those who laid you waste shall go away from you. Lift up your eyes, look around and see; all these gather together and come to you. As I live,” says the LORD, “You shall surely clothe yourselves with them all as an ornament, and bind them on you as a bride does.” (Isaiah 49:14-18)

For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit, and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame." (Hebrews 6:4-6)

..Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” (Mathew 19:26)

Psalm 23- The Lord is my Shepherd...

This is a really powerful Psalm. I think it's one of the first which we have all learnt at Sunday School. It not only explains about the good nature of our Lord but also the plans that He has for all of us. This Word is also an assurance of God's protection, restoration and deliverance upon our lives! Though it is a snall chapter with 6 verses, personally, I have always been comforted, strengthened and rejunevated whenever I read it and proclaim it upon my life in Jesus' name! Psalm 23 is a psalm of David, an annointed and chosen servant of God who was the King of Israel.

The Bible is the inspired Word of God!!

Psalm 23

1 " The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not be
in want.

2 He makes me lie down in green
pastures,
He leads me beside quiet waters,

3 He restores my soul.
He guides me in paths of righteousness
for His name's sake.

4 Even though I walk
through the valley of the shadow
of death,
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.

5 You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my Head with oil;
my cup overflows.

6 Surely goodness and love will follow me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord
for ever. "

SECOND COMING OF JESUS & GLOBAL WARMING- The Future!!

This is an explanation on a topic which I wrote in one of my previous blogs. Here is the previous entry which is followed by its explanation:

SECOND COMING & GLOBAL WARMING!

Jesus is coming again to take with Him first, those who died believing in Him followed by the believers who are living at the time. The 2nd coming of Jesus Christ, the reign of Anti-Christ and the Beast will take place just as it was prophesised thousands of years ago and recorded in the Bible. Famines, earthquakes, broken relationships, hatred, filth, unrighteousness, wars, climatic changes, and so on are all happening just as prophesized. The world is running around and formulating new world rules and regulations on reducing Global Warming. Go on do what you have to do for God says in the Bible ‘....let the world do what it has to do but My Word will come to pass...I will destroy the world with fire from Heaven....Those who belong to Me I will save!’. The world now knows how hot the Earth is becoming and that too at a faster pace. You may be recycling, reducing your road and air travels, using eco friendly bulbs and machines. But no matter what you do the truth is the Earth is getting hotter and hotter as it is getting ready to be heated up and be destroyed by fire very soon, because God has spoken He will destroy it with fire from Heaven and that is exactly what is gonna happen!

Global Warming and Second Coming of Jesus

I earlier wrote a few lines on how global warming will continue even stronger no matter how hard we try to stop or reduce it because it is God's word that the world will be destroyed with fire and that is exactly what is going to happen. One of my friends read the blog and he was laughing at me. He jokingly said that I declared that Global Warming will destroy the earth when Jesus returns the 2nd time. I told him that's not what I said and he's got it all mixed up. I tried to explain but as always, once someone has had their chance to mock at the Word that is shared to them, or as soon as they finish speaking their views about a believer, they don't stop to listen to its clarification. They just finish their part and say that the conversation has ended and not to speak anymore about it. Even if you try to add one word about the whole topic, they immediately say they understood (for the sake of stopping the talk) and not to add any more and waste time. And you end up getting the look from them which says "I have said all that I want on your face but now I don't want to hear any reply from your mouth. Shut up!!" Sheesh man, how much more can you can ask when you allow someone to shoot all his arrows at you expecting that in the end you will get your chance to clarify or share something, but they just walk away without even bothering to give you your chance to speak at least as a matter of courtesy.

Sin is the reason!

Anyway, that's not the point here. The fact is that no matter how much you try you cannot end the Global Warming phenomenon! It's good to try and of course we have to do what we should but how much harder you try the quicker GW (Global Warming) is spreading itself around the world. The reason is simple: It's God's word that as per His plan, the earth will be destroyed with fire.

What God made was good, but His most favourite creation Human Beings- you and me, have fallen away from Him- through Sin! He sent His Son Jesus for our redemption from sin and giving us salvation, by His sacrificial blood, but yet man has not opened their hearts to seek the Lord. Jesus was crucified and buried. But He rose again on the 3rd day and has now got full authority over Heaven and Hell. He has put Satan under His feet where Satan lies defeated. Very soon Jesus will return in the clouds to take away His faithful church and the remaining will be left on earth where they will see the reign of the Anti Christ, then the false prophet along with the Beast. And that is when the world will realise that they had been deceived all that while by the Anti Christ. But by then it would be too late for them to turn away for those who say no and refuse to join hands with the Beast, they will be tortured and persecuted. Some will finally join with the Beast, but those who refuse the beast and endure for Christ at the last moment (after seeing and witnessing, they will then remember that all what is happening was what the so-called preachers of Jesus Christ had been preaching about...) despite the pain and sufferings; they will be slayed on earth. But they too will be saved on the day of judgement because they were slain for their faith in Christ.

Armageddon

Then after few years of the Anti Christ and Beast's rule on earth, which by now is completely being ruled by Satan and his army of deceived souls and fallen heavenly bodies, Jesus will come again the third time, but now He is coming with His beloved Church and a war will take place where the Glory of the Lord will be manifested and Satan and his army will be defeated on earth. It is during this war- Armageddon, that almost the entire Earth will be destroyed as a result of the devastating war. This war will witness most of the nations, who have always opposed Christ and His followers, use their most deadly weapons of destruction which is the nuclear weapons which they have been keeping aside for a long time now.

Victory belongs to the Lord!

When the victory of Jesus and His Church has been announced, there will be rejoicing in Heaven and then God will command His Word and fire will come down from Heaven and devour the entire world. After the destruction of this world, God will command again and a new world will come from Heaven, which is called 'The New Jerusalem' as prophesised in the Bible and God's people will live in harmony amidst the glory of God.

This is why, I say that Global Warming, though a result of man's own doings, is clearly now a part of God's plan which is why He let it happen and now it is happening at a faster pace- you know what that means don't you?... Yes, the Lord's second coming is not far away, it is just around the corner. Watch and be prepared. Global Warming will not burn up the Earth. It is only heating up the Earth so that it will burst into flames at one go, when fire from Heaven is lighted onto it.
