The American Science Fiction TV series Foundation is based on the novels by award winning American Author Issac Asimov. The series is about a Mathematician Hari Seldon who foresees and predicts with Mathematical Sociology, the fall of the Empire, using statistical laws of mass action based on the theory of psychohistory he developed.
The show is created by David S Goyer and Josh Friedman for Apple TV Plus network channel. The series premiered on 24 September 2021 and stars Jared Harris, Lee Pace, Lou Llobell, Leah Harvey, Laura Birn, Terrence Mann, Kubbra Sait, Alfred Enoch and many more.
This is the first season and Roxann Dawson directed episode 8, titled The Missing Piece. Young Phara and her brother Ilex are playing in the forest in Anacreon when Trantor attacks them. Young Phara grows up to be The Great Huntress Phara, played by Indian Actress Kubbra Sait, and seeks revenge for the attacks.
Naisha plays the role of Young Phara and David plays the role of Ilex. The kids had a great time filming the scene. They happily ran and played in front of the camera. Director Roxann and the production crew were very good and helped everyone have a memorable time.

The lockdown saw
almost everything close down all over the world in 2020. The kids were sad
because they missed school and all their friends. However, after the initial
full lockdown, there were ease of restrictions periods in between and the
schools too were opened and closed for short periods depending on the
government regulations. So one time in October last year the kids were walking
home after school, Stratford Lodge, and as we passed the Baltinglass Community
Shop, we saw a trolley full of books in front of the shop.

The sign on the
trolley said ‘Free Books’ and the kids were surprised and happy to pick a book
from the trolley. I confirmed with the kind lady inside the shop and she said
it was a small initiative on their part to cheer up the community during the
pandemic days. That was a great initiative because my kids love reading books,
especially my eldest and he was so happy to pick up Harry Potter And The
Philosopher’s Stone. He loves reading and is a big fan of the Harry Potter book
and movie series. So thanks to BCAG for this small and kind gesture. Those who
want to donate to the Community Second-hand Shop can do so as Baltinglass
Community Action Group helps to fund various community projects for the people
of Baltinglass and we can all be a part of it.

The Force Awakens Stickers

Force Awakens is the first installment in the Star Wars sequel trilogy after

Abrams and Lawrence Kasdan, co writer of the original trilogy films The Empire
Strikes Back (1980) and Return of the Jedi. John Williams composed the film
music score. Filming took place in Abu Dhabi, Iceland, Ireland and Pinewood
Studios in England.
